• 1 bottle of Grain Alcohol
  • Chopped up figs (better to peel first)
  • Sugar

Chop up a ton of figs and place them in a large glass jar.  Cover them with Grain Alcohol. Let it sit for at least 40 days. Stir regularly.  Strain mixture through cheesecloth.  Boil the same amount of water as the strained mixture.  Add sugar to taste to make a simple syrup.  Combine the simple syrup and Alcohol.  Let sit for at least 1 week before serving.
