- 1 bottle of Grain Alcohol
- Chopped up figs (better to peel first)
- Sugar
Chop up a ton of figs and place them in a large glass jar. Â Cover them with Grain Alcohol. Let it sit for at least 40 days. Stir regularly. Â Strain mixture through cheesecloth. Â Boil the same amount of water as the strained mixture. Â Add sugar to taste to make a simple syrup. Â Combine the simple syrup and Alcohol. Â Let sit for at least 1 week before serving.
